This is the story of a biologist who inherits his father's two bookstores. Both are diametrically opposed and the only thing in common is that neither one makes a profit. The protagonist, after studying the operation of both, decides to make some changes in how to manage staff by introducing simple changes to encourage motivation and employee involvement in the future of the company.
