Jacques Schlosser presents a scientifically historical portrait of Jesus of Nazareth. Taking into account the context of his times and by means of a critical analysis of the text, the author distinguishes between the historical person of Jesus and the Christ of Christian faith. Rather than a biography of Jesus, the result is a rigorous study of the basic dimensions of the message and the activity of the prophet from Galilee.
