Tesis de Maestría del año 2011 en eltema Ciencias de la Tierra / Geografía - Demografía, planeamiento urbanístico y ordenación territorial, Nota: 4.5, , Idioma: Español, Resumen: El presente estudio analiza los aspectos que inciden en las condiciones de urbanización, marginalidad y segregación espacial de las Comunas 6 y 8 de la ciudad de Sincelejo, ocasionados por el crecimiento de asentamientos informales (invasiones) en la zona norte y sur de la ciudad en los últimos treinta años. El crecimiento de la ciudad está asociado por problemas de magnitud variable. La diferenciación socio-espacial que sobreviene es el resultado de acciones socioeconómicas, culturales y antrópicas. Las diferenciaciones socio-espacial y residenciales son aspectos que siempre han existido en la historia de las ciudades, enmenor o mayor grado, repitiéndose en el tiempo o bien expresándose espacialmente de manera diferente. Se puede llegar a identificar ciertas variables en el desarrollo urbano de las ciudades, que al final constituyen la base empírica para la elaboración de modelos urbanos y de las teorías de las áreas sociales, siendo la base de inspiración del presente estudio. The study deals with the analysis of aspects that impact in urbanization, marginal condition and Spatial segregation of Communes 6 and 8 in the City of Sincelejo, caused by the growth of informal settlements (invasions) in the north and south areas during the last thirty years. The growth of the city is associated with spatial and settlements problems of variable magnitude. The spatial differentiation which unfolds are result of socioeconomic, cultural and other antropic actions. Spatial and residential differentiations are urban features that have always been in the history of the city, in smaller or bigger degree, repeating themselves time and again or expressed different ways. There may occur a number of factors of different weight at different times affecting the development of the cities, being the empirical base for urban models and the theories of social areas, as the basis of inspiration for the present study.
