Patrick O'Rourke is a tough Scottish businessman while Lady Katherine Lindsey is a beautiful English woman with plenty of charm, but too old to interest the bachelors of her social circle. She is forced to accept a marriage proposal of inconvenience from the attractive Scott. After the wedding, O'Rourke brings Katherine to his castle in Scotland, a decrepit place that is falling apart.
