Impresos novohispanos en las bibliotecas públicas de los Estados Unidos de América (1543-1800)

La historia en breve

"Extremely valuable resource for colonial scholars and students of diverse disciplines. Book offers researchers an impressive and accessible listing of materials, printed in New Spain during the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, now held in collections and archives located in the US. Work anticipates restoration to Mexican Biblioteca Nacional of same items via photocopies and microfilms, as well as bibliographies of materials held in Spanish-American and European collections. Highly recommended"--Handbook of Latin American Studies, v. 58.
