Pretende dar una imagen de la situación lingüística en España en este cambio de siglo; al mismo tiempo quiere contribuir a un debate que es decisivo en la política española actual y futura.

Ernesto Morales (Buenos Aires, 1890-1949). Escritor, historiador y folklorista argentino.
