Life and professional career of photographer Moya considered one of the giants of the development of photojournalism in Mexico, particularly during the 70 year authoritarian regime of the political party PRI. Moya combined a sense of social and political journalism with a high artistic value in his photographs, obtaining a balance practiced only by Tina Modotti 50 years before. This is an anthropological essay that studies social dynamics of Mexicos city from the perspective of its inhabitants. An analysis about the relationship of their everyday life with the history of the city is made from questionnaires and the exhibitions of images to a group of people- taxi drivers, traffic cops, deliverymen of goods, students, housewives, street sellers and middle class motorists.
